Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Orders are processed from our international shipping center and delivered to major destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond.

Processing & Delivery Time

  1. Processing Time (24–48 hours): All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. This includes order confirmation, adjustments, quality inspection, and packaging.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard delivery: 6–14 business days
    • Peak season delivery: 10–20 business days (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day)
    • Please note: Shipping times do not include customs delays or local courier issues.

Shipping Options and Costs We currently offer Standard Shipping (Tracked).

Shipping Insurance Policy Your order is automatically covered by our shipping insurance, which protects against loss, theft, and damage during transit.

Important notes:

  • Shipping insurance is non-refundable.
  • Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims for lost items must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Insurance does not cover shipping delays or indirect/consequential losses.

To file a claim, contact info@volteraedge.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Order Modifications & Cancellations Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Packaging and processing begin immediately upon receipt of your order. This policy is in place to ensure fast dispatch and accurate fulfillment.
